We will arrange shipment within 1–3 working days after receiving the order and completing the payment, and provide logistics tracking information.
3. How much is the local UK shipping cost?
The standard local UK shipping cost is £20, and the specific arrival time is usually 3–7 working days.
4. Do you provide international delivery?
Yes, we support international delivery. The international shipping cost is £50, and the estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days, depending on the country and region.
5. Can I return or exchange the product?
Yes, we support return or exchange.
Customers must apply within 14 days of receiving the product;
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and packaged intact;
The return shipping fee is £70, which is borne by the customer (unless it is a quality issue).
